🧘YOGA for All Levels - Meet New Friends into Fitness, Fun, and Beach Yoga Photos, in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida
We are under the roof of the outdoor dinning area and stage, so Yoga is on even in the rain.
🧘YOGA Saturdays & Sundays at TIDE & TONIC
This is a Fun Yoga Class for All Levels.
9am - Arrive at 9am to check-in, meet everyone, and warm up for class.
9:30am Yoga Class Starts, and is a mix of Gentle Yoga, with Easy Vinyasa Flows, to increase your Range of Motion.
You can feel comfortable at any level, from Beginner, to Advanced Yogi, as the way I teach yoga allows you to take each movement as easy, or as advanced, as you want to take it.
You can learn things you can do at home to increase your fitness, flexibility, and range of motion. In addition, to helping sore muscles, and achy joints.
If you have trouble standing or laying, you can utilize a chair for yoga, and you can follow along to the best of your abilities.
Class will end with an extended relaxation Yoga Nidra style meditation for the final Savasana, to revitalize you.
All you need is a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. If you do not have a yoga mat, you can use a big beach towel.
We will also have some extra yoga mats to use, so arrive early if you need one.
The Optional Beach Yoga Photos will be immediately following class across the street, and we have a beach tent for shade. We will take your personal photos with your cell phone, so you can share them.
We are all going to meet new people, creating a fun community of yoga friends.
We are under roof, so the yoga class is on rain or shine. We will do fun yoga photos inside, if the weather is not nice enough for it on the beach.
Consider staying for food or drink, with the new friends you just met, as lunch starts at 11am.
