What should I bring to Yoga Class?

A clean yoga mat, a hand towel for sweat, and a water bottle.

What should I wear to Yoga Class?

Shorts, or Yoga Pants, T-Shirt, Sports Bra, or Tank Top, or similar clean athletic wear. We do not wear shoes in Yoga Class, so have clean feet. People with long hair, will want to bring something to restrain your hair.

How is this Yoga for All Levels?

Most of are Yoga Poses on the floor, and not trick one leg balancing poses. You bend and flex only to your abilities. So everyone is doing basically the same Yoga Poses, except Yogi's can bend and flex farther than the beginners. You can take what you learn and practice it at home, to help you improve on your own between yoga classes.

What are some things to know during Yoga Class?

There is no cell phone use, and you do not talk, unless it is time for you to talk, as it is distracting to other, trying to focus and meditate during Yoga. You should be at class 10 minutes early to have your mat set up before class starts.
