I release Yoga Instructor Bret Fencl and BETTER WITH BRET, LLC from any responsibility and/or liability concerning the application, processing, and/or consequences of performing anything related to any of the following yoga, Kundalini yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, body exercises, body fitness, body stretching, body movements, meditation, sounds and vibrational energies, use of crystals, breathing exercises, postures, positions, asanas and other body poses, that I elected to participate. I consent to have the above-described yoga services of my choice applied.
Understanding the risks of these above activities listed items, and that they may cause injuries that may require medical attention, and may even cause death. I release Yoga Instructor Bret Fencl, and BETTER WITH BRET, LLC, and its employees, its agents, its sponsors, its associated businesses, and the Venue, Building or Location, harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical and/or psychological) or transmission of a communicable disease that I might incur as a result of the service provided today, and I agree to voluntarily participate understanding these risks and their outcomes.
Refund Policy
At BETTER WITH BRET, LLC we strive to provide the best experience for our students. Please review our refund policy below:
- Classes: All sales are final. Unused classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- We offer a Full Credit for a same price Yoga Class, for you to utilize in the next 90 days, if You contact us 4 to 48 hours in advance, to notify us through Text, Messaging, Call or Email, and receive a confirmation of cancellation.
- Memberships: Monthly memberships are non-refundable but may be canceled with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- Workshops & Events: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund. No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Private Sessions: Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice to receive a credit for rescheduling. No refunds for missed sessions.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall by in the Brevard County, Florida superior courts.
Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision shall be severed or shall be enforced only to the extent legally permitted, and the remainder of the provision and the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid, void or unenforceable only with respect to a particular application, such term or provision shall remain in full force and effect with respect to all other applications.
I also affirm that understanding the activities listed in this document that I am healthy enough to participate.
