Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, these classes are perfect for anyone looking to enhance their flexibility, improve their strength, and transform their beach body.
βοΈ Mark your calendars! Our exciting program kicks off on Sunday's starting January 19, 2025. Each session is crafted to provide a balanced approach to fitness, incorporating both stretching yoga movements with invigorating fitness yoga, utilizing body weight and dumbbells.
To accommodate different fitness levels and preferences, we offer a variety of dumbbells weighing between 2 to 8 pounds. You can choose your dumbbells weight at the beginning of class, and you can change weights up or down during the class.
You are welcome to bring dumbbells from 2 to 10 pounds each. Find the weight you like before purchasing them.
